Course Details
The City and Guilds EV Charging course provides the essential skills required to install and commission EV charge points. Candidates will gain knowledge in system design, safety and compliance with the IET Code of Practice for EV Charging Installations and BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
This course is theory based with some practical elements
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this course candidates must have one of the following qualifications.
A current Installation, Maintenance or Domestic Electrician ECS Gold Card or any of the following:

C&G 5393 Electrotechnical in Dwellings

C&G 5357 Level 3 Electrotechnical (installation or maintenance

C&G 2357 Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (buildings, structures and the environment)

C&G 2346 Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification

C&G 2347 Level 3 Electrotechnical in Dwellings Experienced Worker Qualification
